Individual Access to training sessions by an approved registrant qualifies as used and therefore the license and registration is retired and non-transferable.
Individual registration, enrollment and access to raining sessions become final 30 days after enrollment date.
Unused registrations canceled before 30 days, in writing, and not transferred will be issued a credit to be used for future training.
